I detentori non residenti di azioni russe T potranno liquidare i loro titoli, ha annunciato lunedì la Banca Centrale della Russia, vietando di fatto commercio esteroore prima dell'apertura del mercato.
- I trader non residenti cercheranno probabilmente di limitare o eliminare la loro esposizione all'economia sanzionata, ma per il momento scopriranno che ciò è impossibile.
- La banca centrale ha ritardato le contrattazioni mentre lavorava dietro le quinte per valutare l'impatto delle sanzioni imposte al paese.
