eToro si avvicina alla fusione con SPAC: rapporto

Secondo un rapporto <a href="https://finance.yahoo.com/news/etoro-said-near-10-billion-232111712.html">Finanza di Bloomberg, che cita fonti a conoscenza della questione,</a> la piattaforma di trading eToro potrebbe annunciare già oggi un piano per quotarsi in borsa tramite una fusione con una società di acquisizione per scopi speciali (SPAC).
- Secondo il rapporto, l'accordo con FinTech Acquisition Corp. V varrebbe la nuova entità circa 10 miliardi di dollari.
- FinTech Acquisition Corp. V è guidata da Betsy Cohen, che ha avuto esperienza in diverse altre SPAC, tra cui ONE che ha reso pubblica Perella Weinberg, ha affermato Bloomberg.
- Secondo il rapporto, i rappresentanti di entrambe le società hanno rifiutato di rilasciare dichiarazioni.
