BIT Mining investe altri 11 milioni di dollari nel data center di mining Cripto in Ohio
Il finanziamento verrà utilizzato per aggiungere altri 65 megawatt di capacità energetica.

La società di mining Criptovaluta BIT Mining (NYSE: BTCM) sta investendo altri 11 milioni di dollari nel sito in Ohio che sta sviluppando con Viking Data Centers.
- BIT Mining ha affermato che 9,8 milioni di dollari saranno pagati in contanti e il resto in contanti o azioni.
- Questa cifra si aggiunge ai 12,4 milioni di dollari che la società ha accettato di investire a settembre.
- L'investimento porterà la quota di BIT Mining nel sito al 55%, mentre Viking al 45%.
- Grazie all’investimento, la potenza del sito salirà a 150 megawatt (MW), rispetto agli 85 MW inizialmente previsti.
- Le aziende prevedono di completare il processo entro il 31 marzo 2022.
