Thomas Cowan

Thomas Cowan is head of Tokenization and Onchain Capital Markets at Galaxy, a global leader in digital assets and data center infrastructure. In that role, he leverages the firm’s deep financial expertise and tokenization tech stack to structure, design, and place onchain financial products. Before Galaxy, he worked on the strategy team at Paxos focusing on PayPal’s stablecoin, on the CBDC team at Ripple, and on the CBDC team at the Boston Federal Reserve. He holds a bachelors degree from MIT and MBA & MPP degrees from Harvard University.
