В прошлом месяце Квон был арестован и обвинен в подделке документов в Черногории.

Прокуроры Черногории представили обвинительное заключение в отношении соучредителя Terraform Labs До Квона.согласно отчету Bloomberg Lawсо ссылкой на сообщения черногорской газеты Vijesti.
Квон вместе с финансовым директором Terraform Labs Хан Чан Джуном былиарестован и обвинен в подделке документов в Черногории в прошлом месяце. За этим арестом последовал Request на экстрадицию, хотя пока неясно, в какую страну его выдадут. Ему предъявлены уголовные обвинения как в родной Южной Корее, так и в США.
