Le fusioni e acquisizioni in Cripto sono raddoppiate a 1,1 miliardi di dollari nel 2020: PwC

Secondo un nuovo rapporto di PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), il valore delle fusioni e acquisizioni (M&A) nel settore Cripto è più che raddoppiato, raggiungendo 1,1 miliardi di dollari nel 2020.

- Secondo PwC, la dimensione media delle transazioni è passata da 19,2 milioni di dollari nel 2019 a 52,7 milioni di dollari nel 2020, con una quota maggiore di attività in Europa e Asia.
- Inoltre, il 2021 è "già sulla buona strada per superarlo in modo significativo sotto ogni aspetto", ha affermato Henri Arslanian, responsabile globale Cripto di PwC.
- Ciò sarà guidato dagli attori istituzionali, dai grandi investitori e dalle piattaforme Cripto ricche di liquidità, ha affermato.
- Il rapporto di PwC prevede che gli investimenti istituzionali nel settore Cripto continueranno ad aumentare, grazie all'interesse per i token non fungibili (NFT), la Finanza decentralizzata (DeFi), le valute digitali delle banche centrali (CBDC) e le stablecoin.
