Ahmad Shadid is the Founder of O Foundation, a Swiss-based AI research lab dedicated to developing and researching private AI infrastructure. He is also the founder of o.capital, a quant fund trading on Nasdaq, and the Founder and former CEO of io.net, the largest Solana-based decentralized AI compute infrastructure network.

Shadid is a pioneering entrepreneur and serial founder at the intersection of Web3, compute infrastructure, and AI — known for turning bold ideas into transformative ecosystems. As the visionary behind io.net, Ahmad led the company to an impressive $4.5 billion valuation, launching its token on both Binance and Coinbase, and scaling the startup into a multibillion-dollar unicorn in under a year.
