Cais Manai is a product and technology leader who has spent his career bridging global finance and blockchain. At R3, he led product for Digital Assets, Payments, and CBDCs, working with major banks and financial institutions to move blockchain from pilot to production. Prior to R3, Cais spent a decade at UBS and Credit Suisse, heading technology teams in Prime Brokerage and Equity Derivatives. He entered the blockchain space in 2012, when he built one of the first Bitcoin-based gaming platforms—an early signal of his conviction that programmable money would reshape market infrastructure.
