As of July 2025, Toobit ranks 27th on CoinMarketCap’s cryptocurrency exchanges list, which is surprising for a platform that launched just a few years ago. We kept seeing this platform on many best-of lists, which made us wonder, what makes Toobit so popular among crypto traders and investors?

To find the answer, we created an account on Toobit and analyzed its products, services, and features. After a few days of research and hands-on testing, we decided to share our experiences with you. We created an extensive Toobit exchange review that covers its main trading tools, security features, fees, and available deposit methods. Toobit is a centralized crypto exchange, especially suitable for beginner and intermediate traders. The platform supports 490+ coins and tokens across 15 blockchains. Users also get to trade spot and futures pairs for competitive maker and taker fees, use USDC as collateral, and set the leverage up to 200x.

Beginners can take advantage of Toobit’s copy trading service and trading bots, while experienced traders may find the platform a bit limiting since it doesn’t support options trading and direct bank transfers.

One of Toobit’s most notable features is its DEX+ platform, which allows users to buy on-chain assets directly from their spot account. You can earn passive income through its staking service and Rewards Hub.

Is Toobit Secure and Trustworthy?

In this segment of our Toobit review, we’ll cover the platform’s security features and regulatory compliance. You’ll also find out if this exchange has a history of hacks and data leaks.

First things first, Toobit uses standard security methods, like two-factor authentication (2FA) and biometric verification, in addition to innovative features, such as AI-powered real-time transaction monitoring. This AI system detects and stops suspicious transactions before they can execute. The exchange also implements an advanced signature interface verification mechanism, multi-signature wallet protection, on-chain transaction monitoring, and real-time threat detection.

As mentioned before, Toobit is partnered with notable security firms, such as Cobo, a leading digital asset custody solutions provider. This enables it to leverage advanced wallet custody solutions, from cold storage to multi-signature technologies. The exchange also undergoes regular third-party security audits performed by Hacken, Beosin, and Elliptic.

Toobit complies with the AML and KYC procedures to prevent fraud and other illicit activities. KYC verification is not mandatory; however, if you don’t verify your account, you’ll face certain limitations, like being unable to buy crypto with fiat.

As of July 2025, Toobit has a BBB security rating on CER.live, with a security score of 79/100, which places it in the 36th position among ranked exchanges.

toobit bbb security rating

Toobit hasn’t experienced significant hacks or data leaks, although in February 2025, its official X (Twitter) account was compromised. The attack led to false X posts claiming that Toobit is launching a token on Pump.fun, but its trading platform wasn’t affected, nor were any user accounts or funds.

Toobit Supported Coins and Trading Pairs

Toobit lets you buy and sell 490+ coins and tokens across 15 networks, from crypto behemoths like BTC, ETH, and SOL, to stablecoins, like USDT and USDC, and popular memecoins, like DOGE, PEPE, and BONK. You can also trade 345+ spot pairs, such as BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT, and SOL/USDT.

Toobit recently launched USDC-M perpetuals, which enable you to use USDC as collateral. You’ll also get to set leverage up to 200x on both USDC and USDT margined perpetual contracts, while BTC/USDT and XAUT/USDT perpetual contracts come with up to 200x leverage, which places Toobit side by side with some of the best crypto leverage trading platforms.

Toobit Trading Features

Next, in our Toobit review, we’ll discuss its trading features. The platform supports three trading services – spot, futures (USDT-M, USDC, and lite perpetuals), and copy trading. You can also test your trading skills by creating a demo account or using its trading bots.

Toobit Spot Trading

As mentioned above, Toobit enables you to trade and invest in 345+ spot coins for competitive fees that start at 0.0750% for makers (limit orders) and 0.1000% for takers (market orders). You’ll also get to trade all USDC spot pairs for zero fees. These include the following pairs: BTC/USDC, ETH/USDC, SOL/USDC, DOGE/USDC, TRX/USDC, and TON/USDC. Keep in mind that this zero-fee event will end on Aug. 5th, 2025.

Once you select your desired trading pairs, you can choose between four order types – limit, market, trigger, and OCO (One Cancels the Other) orders.

Toobit Futures Trading

Toobit lets you trade USDC-M perpetuals and USDC perpetuals with up to 200x leverage, as well as BTC/USDT and XAUT/USDT perpetual contracts with up to 200x leverage.

Beginners can take advantage of its Lite perpetual service, which is based on USDT perpetual contracts. Lite perpetuals provide a simplified interface and flexible options to set take-profit and stop-loss orders. This service differs from USDT perpetual in three ways. First, it only supports By Cost mode, while USDT perpetual supports By Cost and By Size mode. Secondly, Lite perpetual can be triggered based on the percentage of profit or a fixed price. Third, Lite perpetuals support market order and trigger order, while USDT perpetuals offer market, trigger, and limit orders.

On the other hand, professional traders can benefit from Toobit’s new BBO (Best Bid Offer) feature, which automatically sets a competitive limit price. The trading fees start at 0.0200% for makers and 0.0600% for takers.

Trading Bots

You can automate your trades using the futures grid bot, which automatically sets the buy and sell orders within a defined price range, and the futures DCA (Martingale) bot, which uses a Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) strategy to manage futures contracts. Both bots can be customized. I.e., you set the number of grid lines, upper and lower price bounds, leverage, the scaling factor, etc.

trading bots toobit

To set up the trading bots, log in to your account, navigate to the derivatives section, and select trading bots. Next, you need to configure the bot settings (set parameters, define initial investment amounts, etc.) and choose an AI strategy. To activate your bot, tap on the Create Strategy button.

Toobit Copy Trading

Toobit’s copy trading service is ideal for beginners who want to copy the trading strategies of professional crypto traders. You’ll only have to pay a fee for opening and closing positions, and you won’t have to pass the KYC requirement to use this service. What’s more, you can follow up to 5 traders simultaneously.

Toobit currently supports 40 zero-slippage copy-trading pairs, such as BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT, and DOGE/USDT. However, we noticed that the copy-trading option is available only for BTC, ETH, BNB, and DOGE. The minimum copy trading amount for followers stands at 10 USDT.

For comparison, some of the best crypto copy trading platforms, such as Binance and OKX, offer the same minimum requirements, while platforms like Bitget require a much higher minimum investment amount – 50 USDT. Toobit will also enable you to become a Pro Trader, that is, to share your trading strategies and receive 15% of the profit your followers make.

Toobit DEX+

Our Toobit exchange review wouldn’t be complete if we failed to discuss its latest feature, DEX+, which had its official launch in June 2025. DEX+ allows you to buy early-stage and high-potential on-chain assets directly from your spot account. This means that you’ll be able to trade decentralized assets without the need to transfer your funds. Instead, you’ll be using USDT from your spot account.

Toobit DEX+ supports multiple coins and tokens, such as ARC, GRIFT, SHOGGOTH, LetsBONK, DEGENAI, and HOSICO, as well as tokenized xStocks like NVDAx and AAPLx.

toobit dex+

Toobit doesn’t charge fees for trading on its DEX+ – you only need to cover gas fees. However, we noticed that its DEX+ implements order limits. The minimum order amount stands at 1 USDT, while the maximum order amount is 1,000 USDT.

You won’t be able to deposit or withdraw the tokens you buy from DEX+ to an external wallet, which is a bit of a letdown. However, you can sell the tokens from your DEX+ account. Once the transaction is confirmed, the USDT is credited back to your spot wallet, so you can easily withdraw or use it to trade.

Toobit Earn

Toobit’s Earn service helps you earn passive income by staking USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, DOGE, and TON, for flexible and fixed terms (7, 14, and 30 days). The APR ranges between 0.1% and 100%, depending on the coin and the staking terms.

If you choose flexible staking terms, you’ll get to redeem your rewards whenever you want to, and the funds will be credited to your account instantly. On the other hand, if you choose fixed staking terms, the funds will be credited to your account within 72 hours.

At the time of writing, only USDT, USDC, and BTC come with both flexible and fixed staking terms, while ETH, SOL, DOGE, and TON come with fixed terms only.

Currency Estimated APR Staking terms
USDT 2%~100% Flexible/Fixed
USDC 1%~8% Flexible/Fixed
BTC 0.1%~2.5% Flexible/Fixed
ETH 1%~100% Fixed
SOL 2.5%~100% Fixed
DOGE 5%~20% Fixed
TON 1.5%~100% Fixed

Toobit Rewards Hub

Toobit’s rewards hub is tailored for new users. For example, you’ll earn a 10 USDT bonus by simply creating an account. You can also earn first deposit and first trade bonuses of 20 USDT. What you need to do is make your first on-chain deposit or crypto purchase of at least 50 USDT or complete your first futures or spot trade of at least $500.

toobit rewards hub

You’ll have 14 days to complete the tasks. If you fail to do so within the specified time frame, your rewards will expire. Keep in mind that the tasks and rewards may vary, depending on your region.

You can also visit Toobit’s Event Center to find the latest promotions or invite your friends to join Toobit and receive 10% of their net fees whenever they complete a trade.

Toobit Fees

When we compared Toobit to our top-rated crypto exchanges with the lowest fees, we noticed that the platform doesn’t deviate much from the industry standards. In fact, Toobit offers competitive fees that start at 0.0750% (maker) and 0.1000% (taker) for spot and 0.0200% (maker) and 0.0600% (taker) for futures.

Like most of its competitors, Toobit uses a level-based fee structure, which means that you’ll pay lower fees as you progress through VIP levels. For example, the maker and taker fees for level 6 users amount to 0.0060% and 0.0300% (for futures) and 0.0125% and 0.0375% (for spot).

Here’s a detailed breakdown of Toobit’s fee structure:

Toobit doesn’t charge fees for crypto deposits, while withdrawal fees depend on the token and network. For example, the withdrawal fee for Bitcoin stands at 0.0004 BTC.

Toobit Deposit Methods

Toobit allows you to make a deposit using crypto, fiat currencies, credit/debit card (via Simplex and Volet), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

As you can see, direct bank transfers are not supported. Moreover, if you want to buy crypto using a credit/debit card, you’ll have to complete the KYC verification. On the other hand, Visa/Mastercard payments are available in both European Economic Area (EEA) countries and non-EEA countries.

deposit method of toobit

Toobit doesn’t set purchase limits; however, there are transaction limits set by third-party payment providers. For example, if you use Simplex, your daily and monthly limits will amount to $20,000 and $50,000, respectively, while transaction limits on Volet stand at $10,000 per 24 hours/per transaction.

Simplex’s fees for card payments range between 3.5% and 5% of the total transaction value, while Visa/Mastercard deposits on Volet come with a 3.5% fee.

Is Toobit User-Friendly?

The platform has an intuitive and clean interface, which makes it suitable for all types of traders, especially beginners. We also mentioned earlier in our Toobit exchange review that you can test the platform and your trading skills by creating a demo account.

If you navigate to its More section, you’ll find the Toobit Academy tab. Toobit Academy is a built-in educational hub that contains extensive articles on crypto-related topics, advanced insights into crypto markets and trading strategies, and step-by-step user guides.

Toobit is available on mobile (Android and iOS, 13 or later) and as a web app. The mobile app is user-friendly. Its search layout is well organized, and you’ll have no problems navigating the different sections. You’ll also find the market insights section, where you can view new listings and top gainers. You can add tokens to a watchlist, get alerts when their prices change, and monitor your trading history. We also noticed that the app has a separate display for copy trading assets.

Toobit’s mobile web application pro (H5 Pro) upgrade will enable you to access the exchange directly from your browser, without the need to download the app. We found that all Toobit apps are well optimized. There’s no lag or crashes, and you can easily switch between pages.

The app has a 4.5 rating on Google Play and a 4.9 rating on the App Store. Most people praise it for its intuitive interface and regular updates, while the majority of the negative comments are related to account verification delays.

Where is Toobit Available?

Toobit is available in over 100 regions, including most European, Asian, and Middle Eastern countries. However, to stay compliant with regulations, the exchange isn’t available in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Malaysia, Singapore, Syria, and more.

Toobit Customer Support

You can reach Toobit’s customer support via 24/7 live chat and email. You can also check out its help center to find the answers to the most frequently asked questions. Once you click on the chat icon (lower right corner), you’ll get to choose between five main sections – account & identity, deposit, withdraw, futures & copy trading, and events & rewards.

Tap on one of these to find the answers to the most basic questions, such as account and withdrawal issues. Toobit’s chatbot is suitable for quick inquiries; however, you should talk to its live agents if you want more detailed answers.

The live agents respond in less than a minute. There are no generic answers, and we found the live agents are professional and friendly. However, we noticed that if the chat is inactive for more than 5 minutes, the system will automatically end it. This can be a bit frustrating, especially if you’re still waiting to get a response. Toobit’s email support can also use some work, as you’ll have to wait between one and two weeks for a response, in some cases.

On the bright side, Toobit has a dedicated Telegram channel with over 140k members who will gladly answer your questions. Plus, you can join its Discord server, which has more than 27k members.

Where Can Toobit Exchange Improve?

In this segment of our Toobit review, we’ll discuss the main downsides of this crypto exchange. The first thing that could be improved is its payment options. Namely, Toobit doesn’t support direct bank transfers, which is a big letdown since SEPA and ACH transfers usually come with low or no fees.

There’s also room for improvement in the exchange’s list of supported coins and tokens. At the time of writing, the platform supports around 490 assets, which is a respectable number. However, compared to the crypto exchanges with the most coins, Toobit’s list seems a bit limited. Moreover, Toobit supports only two stablecoins, Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC).

And finally, Toobit doesn’t support options trading, which may be a deal breaker for more experienced users.

Toobit Exchange Review Conclusion: Is It a Good Option in 2025?

Toobit is a CEX that managed to attract more than 2 million traders in a short period of time due to its user-friendly approach, rigid security measures, and a wide range of trading services and tools. On that note, you can use it to trade spot and futures, copy trading techniques of professional investors, and automate your trades via bots.

You can also test the platform by creating a demo account and earn passive income via its staking service. Moreover, Toobit DEX+ enables you to trade on-chain assets directly from your spot account. On the downside, Toobit doesn’t support direct bank transfers, and you won’t be able to trade options.

To sum things up, Toobit is an ideal exchange for crypto beginners, while professional traders will be happy with its competitive fees, advanced order types, and optional KYC.

Our Methodology: How We Tested and Reviewed Toobit

To write an unbiased Toobit exchange review, we tested all its services and tools. First, we opened an account to check how the platform functions and if it has an intuitive interface. Then we did basic KYC verification to be able to buy BTC using a credit card. We also installed its mobile app to check if its high ratings correspond to its actual performance.

We installed the Toobit app to test its DEX+ feature. This is how we discovered that depositing or withdrawing tokens purchased on DEX+ is not an option. We also tested its latest update, H5 Pro, which enabled us to access the exchange directly from the web browser on our mobile phone.

The biggest part of our research was focused on testing its trading services and tools. On that note, we traded spot and futures contracts with leverage, we copied the positions of traders with the highest ROI, and we staked USDT and ETH using both flexible and fixed staking terms. We also played around with Toobit’s futures grid and futures DCA bots to assess their capabilities and limitations.

Last but not least, we contacted Toobit’s customer support to assess their competence and responsiveness.
