Daniel Brunsdon is the Growth and Product Lead at human.tech by Holonym, where he focuses on building privacy-first identity infrastructure that puts humans, not institutions, at the center of digital life. Before joining human.tech, Daniel worked at Twitter, where he saw firsthand the scale of the bot and identity problem, and later at Gitcoin Passport, one of the most widely adopted decentralized proof-of-personhood systems in Web3. His work has consistently focused on solving the hardest challenge in digital systems such as verifying real people without surveillance or exclusion. At human.tech, Daniel is driving adoption of tools that already serve millions of users, enabling secure wallets, human-centric governance, and access to aid and capital without compromising dignity. With a background at the intersection of social platforms, open-source ecosystems, and crypto infrastructure, Daniel brings a unique lens on how identity can be rebuilt as human infrastructure rather than surveillance infrastructure. He is passionate about designing systems that are not only secure and scalable, but also accessible to the undocumented, the stateless, and the displaced.
