Los legisladores sudafricanos han añadido empresas de Cripto a la lista de instituciones responsables del país, según un documento de enmiendapublicado el martes.
Las empresas que ofrecen servicios de intercambio, o son responsables de cuidar la custodia de las Cripto, tendrán que identificar y definir clientes nuevos y existentes y KEEP registros de su identidadLa norma se añadió como una enmienda a la Ley de Inteligencia Financiera del país de 2001 y entrará en vigor el 19 de diciembre.
