Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šFull-Funnel strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders on the design of the influencer roadmap and strategy for our sports prediction product. šThen execute the plan to balance top of funnel awareness with bottom funnel customer acquisition. šMulti-platform management: Source and manage a diverse portfolio of talent across all major social media channels (X, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch), including Podcasts and non-traditional influencer channels. šCommercial Negotiations: Execute a range of deal structures (CPA, Rev-Share, Flat fee and Gifting), ensuring all partnerships remain efficient against a target CPM.
Requirements:
š5+ years of experience in Influencer Management, with a proven track record in the US Sports Betting (OSB), financial services, or regulated gaming sectors. šDeep understanding of the US influencer landscape, including experience managing talent of various types and sizes. šProven experience in building an influencer program from scratch or launching a new acquisition channel in a highly regulated market. šExpert technical proficiency with influencer management tools like šImpact.com creator or similar platforms for attribution and tracking. šA strong negotiator able to rapidly secure influencer agreements and manage agency/talent manager relationships. šSelf-Starter Temperament: Ability to thrive under pressure, meet short deadlines, and find solutions in ambiguous environments. šComfortable in a high-volatility environment where product features and budget may change rapidly.
