Job Summary
Partner & Enable
📍Own and optimise the end-to-end hiring structure: prioritisation, interview design, team performance, headcount planning, and hiring roadmap execution. 📍Partner with leadership and hiring managers to align hiring strategy with business priorities and long-term growth plans. 📍Influence and elevate senior stakeholder expectations, ensuring talent decisions are rigorous, fair, and high-quality. 📍Serve as a mentor and coach to the Talent team, building capability and driving performance across the function.
What Makes a Good Candidate
📍8+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity. 📍1-2 years of team management experience, formal or informal (mentoring, coaching). 📍Experience in Web3 and a deep understanding of the Web3 talent market is a big plus. 📍Demonstrated success in senior stakeholder management — ability to influence hiring managers and raise hiring standards across teams. 📍Inspires excellence in others — team members, peers, and leadership alike. 📍Able to operate as both a strategic partner and hands-on executor. 📍Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
