You should be able to:

📍Drive Strategic Alignment: Play a crucial role in ensuring that every initiative resonates with the organization’s overarching strategy. You’ll work on understanding both the current landscape and future goals of our clients. 📍Enhance Processes: Utilize your analytical skills to map and improve business processes. Identify bottlenecks, document workflows, and recommend strategic optimizations to enhance operational efficiency. 📍Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with executives, operations teams, and IT to gather essential requirements, ensuring that business needs are met through tailored technology solutions. 📍Develop Frameworks: Help create and maintain robust business architecture frameworks that guide organizations in achieving their strategic goals. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.

What You Bring:

📍Excellent communication skills at business level in English and Dutch 📍10+ years of work experience in the financial services/Consulting industry 📍Be willing to switch between being a business analyst, architect and project manager, depending on the need of the client 📍Experience as Business Architect within a consulting firm, or as an internal consultant in the financial services industry, preferably working with or for major banks. 📍Target Operating Model (TOM) design experience The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) highly desirable 📍Experienced in, or motivated to learn, setting up and leading projects 📍Curiosity to learn new things and eager to continuously develop yourself 📍Entrepeneurial mindset
