Hydra has fixed transaction fees in USD, calculated dynamically in Hydra based on market prices, which may offer some level of predictability for businesses building on-chain. Additionally, it includes a gas royalty system that shares a portion of transaction fees with smart contract creators, which may be seen as an incentive for developers.
