Global Utility Smart Digital Token, or GUSDT, is a blockchain-based platform that enables investors to put their funds in early-stage start-ups and high-potential small businesses. The platform utilizes blockchain technology and cryptography to provide an innovative decentralized financial system. The system enables ordinary people to invest in high-potential industries regardless of their investing potential. Besides that, the platform also allows star-tups to raise funds for their projects without relying on traditional investment opportunities. 

The whitepaper suggests that the currency aims to connect investors and start-ups through an open and transparent ecosystem. While doing so, GUSDT seeks to establish itself as an alternative to venture capital and create an equal playing ground for investors of all sizes. Currently, financers face many problems while trying to get into start-up financing. Issues like the absence of privately held companies in the public stock exchange, the requirement of significant capital, lack of expertise, difficulty in finding the right business to invest in, etc. hinder many investors' investing experience. The GUSDT platform seeks to solve these issues by allowing cryptocurrency-based fundraising and flexible investments.By doing this, GUSDT aims to raise capital and invest in privately held companies and fintech projects. 

GUSDT thoroughly checks and evaluates every start-up project before providing them with fundraising opportunities. The platform aims to ensures that investors don't get scammed by putting their funds in scam projects. Besides that, this currency uses blockchain to allow crypto-based fundraising for start-up projects through tokenization. Start-ups can create and release their unique Strategic Investment Tokens (SITs) on their exchange platform to seek funds from potential investors. Once the start-up tokenizes its projects, GUSDT allows investors to purchase SITs from the exchange. The SITs indicate the performance of a particular project.

GUSDT is an ERC-20 token of the platform. Platform users can use GUSDT coins to interact with various services provided by the platform. The token holders can trade SITs on the exchange using GUSDT tokens. Also, GUSDT holders get additional investment tokens whenever new SITs are launched on the platform. GUSDT allocated 50,000,000 tokens from the total token supply to the founding member.

The GUSDT team launched its platform in 2020. However, the idea was first conceptualized in the fourth quarter of 2019. After that, the currency released its GUSDT SIT platform, Gold Mine coin, and Medical Cannabis coin in 2021.
