According to the website, IOV Blockchain is under the governance of the Singapore-based AUH foundation. The launch of the platform was in the year 2019. The team comprises Alan G. Miller, an international blockchain investor, Ardeshir Takaki, a software engineer, and Derek Topper, a data science specialist. Other team members include Andrew Snider, a data processing engineer, and Jacques Borremans, specializing in electrical engineering.
