BitcoinX (BCX) is a fork project of the original Bitcoin cryptocurrency. BCX is an enduring project to attract organizational and developers' attention. The project aims to build an optimal Bitcoin system that allows the integration of various scenarios on the blockchain. According to its whitepaper, the project intends to integrate with payment, clearing and settlement, bills, evidence storage, IoT(Internet of things), gaming projects, etc., on the BitcoinX blockchain.

However, the Lightning network is a "Layer 2" blockchain that allows users to trade Bitcoin quickly. The BitcoinX platform was launched with a maximum supply of 210 billion BCX.
