The Coop Network is a global ecological platform that allows decentralized applications (Dapps) to be easily integrated with existing high-tech products to improve the field's economy, stimulate growth, and attract new users to the blockchain space. The Coop Network blockchain aims to achieve the ideal balance between distributed and centralized technologies to make real-world products possible.

The platform seeks to use off-chain methods to grow production while keeping the benefits of data transparency and security in distributed ledger technology. Smart contract technology can also replace third-party organizations or roles to boost automation, trust, and efficiency. According to its whitepaper, the platform has launched the GEOMA DAO COOP business model that relies on blockchain technology to improve a COOP's performance significantly. Earth represents the "Geo," Management is represented by "Ma," and Decentralised Autonomous Organization is represented by "Dao." There are two token models in the GEOMA DAO COOP, i.e., COOP-S and GMD.

COOP-S is a security token. These non-fungible tokens (NFT) are dividend bearers and represent social components in the COOP. COOP-S is the source of social capital. This currency can only be spent if a proposal has been approved. These tokens can only be traded within the platform once KYC/AML has been completed. They are also available as a paper certificate of insurance.

GMD is the utility token of the platform. The token is used for Gas, DeFi, Governance, and Blockchain security. GMD is designed to integrate with all of the platform's functions.

The COOP Network was launched in September 2020 by five founding members. More than twenty new members have joined the platform since then.

The token supply of the COOP-S token is one million COOP-S. However, the token supply of the GMD token is one billion GMD.
