ParaInu (PARA) is a community-driven token built on the Ethereum blockchain. The platform aims to change the crypto space with real-world utilities, including an NFT marketplace and a Launchpad that evaluates new projects for users entering the crypto market. Subsequently, users can shop from ParaInu merch, nominate a veteran in the Veteran Life-Changing Event, track expenses, etc., on the platform.

According to its whitepaper, the ParaInu ecosystem aspires to partner with non-profit organizations that commit to improving the lives of war veterans. The network aims to conduct events such as Nominate a Veteran for a life-changing event to promote the betterment of the veteran community.

PARA is the native token used for empowering events and other features on the ParaInu ecosystem. The platform seeks to use PARA for several utility purposes, including cryptocurrency tracking and staking within the PARA ecosystem. The platform also runs a mercantile in the name of PARAMERCH to support the veterans. Therefore, for purchasing merch products, the platform aims to use the PARA token as the official token for the shop.

The platform aims to charge a 7 percent tax on trading transactions to reward holders, marketing, development, and generate liquidity in the ecosystem. Besides, the ParaInu ecosystem believes in charity and thus, donates 2 percent of trading fees to charity. ParaInu also burns 2 percent from transactions to maintain the price stability of the token in the marketplace. Token burning is when a fraction of tokens are sent to a wallet with no private key to reduce availability and increase market value.

The ParaInu platform published the PARA whitepaper on December 27, 2021. A team of six members, including Lee. T, the creator, Jesse T., CPA, CFO, and James M., creative director, run the ParaInu platform. The rest of the team consists of Mark D., who runs the operations, and RAD S. and Josh C., who manage community and charity events.
