Angus Rowe and Leonard Harley co-founded the platform under the parent company impactChoice Ltd. Angus holds a graduate diploma in Company Direction from the Graduate Institute of Management Technology and has attended the Owner/President Management Executive Education course at Harvard Business School.

Leonard, a self-taught coder since the age of 14, designed and built the environmental sustainability solutions at impactChoice Ltd, founded in 2009. Leonard passed away in December 2017.
