As the CEO and Founder of Ingenuity, Joe's primary focus is the ideation, design, development, and launch of the Quicksilver protocol; an innovative, community-owned, sovereign blockchain offering permissionless liquid staking to IBC-connected blockchains in the Cosmos ecosystem.
