Bitcoin Price and Ethereum Aim Higher, XRP Poised For More Gains

• Bitcoin price is eyeing an upside break above the $19,500 resistance.
• Ethereum might revisit $1,400, XRP could extend gains above $0.42.
• XLM and HNT are showing signs of a fresh increase.

Bitcoin price is still struggling to clear the $19,500 resistance. BTC is currently (11:10 UTC) consolidating near the $19,000 zone. If there is no upside break, the bears might aim a move towards the $18,000 level.

Similarly, most major altcoins might aim a fresh increase. ETH could rise steadily if there is a clear move above the $1,350 resistance. XRP is consolidating gains above the $0.40 level. ADA is still consolidating above the $0.45 zone.

Bitcoin price

In the past three sessions, bitcoin price saw range moves near the $19,000 level. BTC seems to be eyeing a fresh increase as it broke a connecting bearish trend line at $19,000 on the hourly chart. It is now attempting a close above the $19,200 level and the 50-hour simple moving average. The next major resistance is near $19,380. A clear move above the $19,380 resistance might send the price to the $19,620 resistance or even $20,000.

On the downside, an initial support is near the $19,000 level. The next major support is near the $18,785 zone, below which the price could test the $18,380 support zone.

Ethereum price

Ethereum price is forming a support base above the $1,320 level. ETH is also attempting upside break above the $1,350 resistance zone and the 50-hour simple moving average. The next major resistance is still near the $1,390 and $1,410 levels, above which the price may perhaps start a strong increase.

If not, the price might slide again. An initial support is near the $1,330 level and a bullish trend line on the hourly chart. The next major support is $1,310, below which price could revisit $1,275.

ADA, BNB, SOL, DOGE, and XRP price

Cardano (ADA) is still consolidating above the $0.450 zone. An immediate resistance is near the $0.465 level, above which the price could rise towards the $0.48 level in the near term.

BNB is trading below the $270 level. An immediate hurdle is at $272. The first major resistance is near the $275 level, above which the price could start a wave towards the $288 level.

Solana (SOL) is struggling to clear the $32.50 resistance. A clear move above the $32.50 might start a decent increase. Conversely, the price could slide towards the $30.50 and $30.20 levels.

DOGE is slowly moving lower below the $0.0600 support. It seems like the price may perhaps test the $0.0580 level. Any more losses might call for a drop to $0.0565.

XRP price is up over 5% and there was a close above the $0.40 resistance. The price is now consolidating gains and there might be a fresh move towards the $0.425 resistance.

Other altcoins market today

A few altcoins are attempting a fresh increase, including USTC, HNT, KSM, RVN, CVX, USDN, EOS, KLAY, and LDO. Out of these, HNT is eyeing an increase above the $4.60 level.

To sum up, bitcoin price is still struggling to clear the $19,500 and $19,620 resistance levels. A close above $19,500 might start a strong increase.
