Paul Vinciano is the Chief Executive Officer of Xeleb Protocol, leading the platform’s mission to merge quantitative finance with decentralized AI innovation.

A veteran of both media and finance, Paul began his career in the fashion and entertainment industry, where he helped launch Elite Model Management Asia and played a central role in bringing the Miss Universe and Miss World pageants to Vietnam. His work bridged Eastern and Western markets, establishing Vietnam as a global destination for international pageantry and cultural exchange.

Transitioning into finance, Paul founded VietQuant, a quantitative trading firm known for applying Olympiad-level mathematics and proprietary models to equity and cryptocurrency markets. His analytical approach and experience in structured investment now guide Xeleb Protocol’s “bonding-to-graduation” lifecycle, a framework that embeds quantitative validation and due diligence into the development of decentralised AI ventures.
