Kifa is an experienced compliance leader with a strong background in financial regulation, anti-money laundering, and risk management. As Head of Compliance at Flipster, he oversees the platform’s regulatory framework, ensuring alignment with global standards and industry best practices. Previously, he led compliance efforts as Chief Compliance Officer at Bitstamp Asia and held senior AML roles at the RBS, Standard Chartered, and UBP. He also brings enforcement experience from his time as a Senior Investigation Officer at the Singapore Police Force. With expertise across traditional finance and digital assets, Kifa plays a key role in strengthening Flipster’s compliance posture and fostering a secure trading environment.
