OFFICIAL TRUMP

Official Trump ($TRUMP) is a fungible cryptocurrency asset associated with Donald J. Trump. It was first issued on the Solana blockchain and the project website also lists a TRON contract address. The token is presented by its creators as a digital expression of support for the ideals and beliefs linked to the "$TRUMP" symbol and related artwork, rather than as an investment product, investment contract or security. The project website also states that it is not connected to any political campaign, political office or government agency.

The total supply of $TRUMP is capped at 1 billion tokens. At launch, 200 million tokens were made available, with the remaining supply set to unlock over three years according to the project’s allocation schedule. CIC Digital LLC, an affiliate of The Trump Organization, and Fight Fight Fight LLC collectively own 80% of the Trump Meme Cards, subject to that unlocking schedule.

The project describes $TRUMP as the “only Official Trump Meme”. Its branding is based on Trump-related imagery and is used across the Trump Meme Cards and related community programmes.

$TRUMP is mainly used as a meme token and as a marker of participation in the Trump Meme community. Holders can buy, sell and transfer the token on supported blockchain networks and through supported trading venues. The project website states that users can buy $TRUMP using debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo, Solana or USDC through supported payment services.

In 2026, the project announced the $TRUMP Coin Club, an invitation-based membership programme linked to $TRUMP holdings. The Coin Club allows holders of at least one $TRUMP token to apply for membership. Members may be offered access to benefits such as leaderboard-based competitions, events, merchandise-related benefits, private content and invitation-only experiences, subject to the project’s terms and eligibility rules.

The first listed Coin Club experience is a Summer 2026 leaderboard programme connected to the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final. According to the project website, the top 19 holders on the leaderboard are eligible for a three-day VIP experience including access to a private suite at the final, with additional benefits tied to leaderboard position and holding requirements. The leaderboard period runs from May 8 to July 5, with eligibility linked to time-weighted $TRUMP holdings and a snapshot on July 5, 2026.

The Coin Club terms state that $TRUMP does not have guaranteed utility, payment functionality or commercial integration beyond serving as an eligibility criterion for Coin Club membership. They also state that membership, leaderboard position and token holdings do not guarantee any specific benefit, reward, service or experience.

CIC Digital LLC and Celebration Cards LLC, the owner of Fight Fight Fight LLC, receive trading revenue derived from trading activity involving Trump Meme Cards.

Official Trump ($TRUMP) was created and is overseen by CIC Digital LLC and Fight Fight Fight LLC. CIC Digital LLC is described by the project as an affiliate of The Trump Organization. Celebration Cards LLC is listed as the owner of Fight Fight Fight LLC. These entities control a large share of the token allocation and receive trading revenue linked to Trump Meme Cards.

The project’s terms state that $TRUMP and the related Coin Club are separate from political campaigns, political offices and government agencies. Coin Club benefits, events and eligibility decisions are subject to the project’s discretion and may be modified, suspended or discontinued.
