О нас Owlto

Owlto (OWL) is the native token of Owlto Finance, a decentralised omni-chain interoperability protocol built on an intent-centric architecture. The protocol enables cross-chain asset transfers by combining liquidity aggregation, automated routing and AI-driven optimisation across multiple blockchains. OWL is used for revenue sharing, fee discounts and ecosystem incentives linked to protocol usage. While project documentation describes a governance role for OWL, a live, token-gated governance mechanism is not currently verifiable and should be considered an intended rather than operational function.

Owlto (OWL) is the native token of the Owlto Finance protocol, a decentralised omni-chain liquidity and interoperability system built on an intent-centric architecture. The protocol allows users to specify the desired outcome of a cross-chain transaction, while the network automatically aggregates liquidity, selects optimal routes and executes transfers across multiple blockchains.

Owlto Finance combines artificial intelligence, smart contracts and zero-knowledge proof technology to improve cross-chain execution speed, cost efficiency and reliability. Its infrastructure is designed to support seamless interoperability between heterogeneous networks, enabling asset transfers, liquidity movement and ecosystem coordination across chains.

OWL sits at the core of the protocol’s economic layer and is intended to align users, builders and ecosystem participants around Owlto’s multichain infrastructure.

OWL is used within the Owlto ecosystem for economic alignment and user incentives tied to protocol activity:

  • Revenue sharing: OWL can be staked to access a share of on-chain fees generated by cross-chain transactions, linking token participation to protocol usage.

  • Fee discounts: Holding OWL unlocks reduced transaction fees across supported chains, benefiting frequent users of the bridge and routing services.

  • Ecosystem incentives: OWL is used to reward ongoing participation, including usage of cross-chain services and long-term engagement with the protocol.

  • Governance (stated, not yet verifiable): Project documentation describes OWL as a governance token, with holders able to stake and participate in decisions around protocol parameters and future development. However, a live, token-gated governance mechanism such as an on-chain governor, Snapshot space or executed voting process is not currently verifiable. As such, governance functionality should be considered an intended or planned use-case rather than an operational one at this time.

Owlto was co-founded by Krystal Z. (Krystal Zhang) and AK Chan (also known as Leo or Ah Kwan Chan).

Krystal Zhang has a background spanning traditional finance and digital assets and has been involved in product direction, ecosystem growth and partnerships.
AK Chan is based in Hong Kong and previously worked at ByteDance, contributing product and operational experience to the protocol’s development.
