Panama Congressman on Introducing Crypto Payments Bill

Panamanian opposition politician Gabriel Silva is introducing a bill to regulate the use of cryptocurrencies throughout the country. The proposed bill would recognize bitcoin as a national alternative payment method. Silva joined "All About Bitcoin" to share insights into his mission and vision.
