Separately, Grayscale says it’s preparing to argue in court next week that the SEC inappropriately treated its bitcoin exchange-traded fund bid differently than earlier decisions approving bitcoin futures-based ETFs. Grayscale and CoinDesk are both owned by Digital Currency Group (DCG).
