Marathon Digital obtiene una línea de crédito rotativa de 100 millones de dólares con Silvergate Bank
La empresa minera de Bitcoin dijo que el préstamo se utilizará para operaciones y para adquirir nuevos equipos de minería.

Marathon Digital Holdings (Nasdaq: MARA) ha obtenido una línea de crédito rotativa de 100 millones de dólares con Silvergate Bank en Bitcoin y dólares estadounidenses.
- El préstamo, que se obtuvo el viernes, se utilizará para financiar las operaciones de minería de Bitcoin de la empresa y para adquirir nuevos equipos.
- Estará disponible por un año y podrá renovarse anualmente mediante acuerdo entre Silvergate Bank y Marathon.
- Marathon Digital afirmó haber recibido 26.960 máquinas de minería ASIC de primer nivel de Bitmain en lo que va de año, con 8.459 mineros ASIC adicionales actualmente en tránsito. Su flota de minería actual cuenta con 25.272 mineros activos que producen aproximadamente 2,7 EH/s.
- Marathon Digital también publicó el lunes sus últimas actualizaciones sobre la producción de Bitcoin y la instalación de mineros. En el tercer trimestre, Marathon aumentó su producción de Bitcoin un 91 % intertrimestral, alcanzando los 1252 Bitcoin, lo que elevó su Bitcoin total a aproximadamente 7035, con un valor de mercado en septiembre de aproximadamente 336,3 millones de dólares.
- Las acciones de Marathon han aumentado más del 200% en lo que va del año, a medida que el precio de Bitcoin ha aumentado drásticamente.
