Will Shannon is the head of node operator mechanisms (NOM) at Lido, where he leads strategic initiatives focused on coordinating and scaling Lido’s validator infrastructure, including working with hundreds of node operators and advancing protocol components like Distributed Validator Technology (DVT) and staking product integrations. Before joining Lido, Will worked in Institutional Equity Sales and earned a degree in finance and accounting.
