Ruchir Gupta

Ruchir is Co-Founder of Gyld Finance, a company building institutional staking markets in partnership with leading custodians and staking providers. His focus is on creating market infrastructure that makes staking returns across proof-of-stake assets tradable through clear legal instruments and fixed income–like marketplaces.

Previously, Ruchir was Managing Director at GSR, a global crypto market maker, where he headed the Treasury & Options Trading functions. His mandate included managing a $1B+ crypto balance sheet, developing structured solutions for institutional clients and running the firm’s DeFi portfolio. Before that, he was a fixed income trader at Nomura in Singapore, where he managed a $2B bond basis arbitrage book and a cross-asset exotics portfolio. He began his career in equity structuring at Deutsche Bank.
