Jason J. Mendro is a litigation partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson Dunn and serves as Co‐Chair of the Firm’s national Securities Litigation Practice Group. Jason has extensive experience defending class and derivative action lawsuits at the trial and appellate level. During the last administration, Jason litigated against the SEC in a leading case involving the alleged application of the securities laws to crypto transactions.
