Hannah is a Senior Data Privacy Counsel at Binance and an Irish-qualified solicitor based in France, with over 10 years of experience designing and implementing privacy frameworks in highly regulated environments.

At Binance, she leads the privacy legal function, overseeing global privacy governance and advising on privacy matters related to regulatory licensing processes.

Her expertise spans data protection, digital asset regulation, and privacy-enhancing technologies, with a particular focus on leveraging cryptographic tools—such as zero-knowledge proofs—to reconcile regulatory compliance with user privacy in financial systems.

Previous to Binance, she served as EU Privacy Counsel at Ancestry and a Privacy Associate in private practice.
