Job Summary
What you'll do:
📍Work closely with Talent leadership and execute the talent strategy. 📍Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs 📍Operate with a high level of urgency with a consultative approach to stakeholders. 📍Expertly lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles. 📍Leverage data insights and reporting to drive recruiting initiatives. 📍Follow existing processes while identifying gaps and proposing solutions. 📍Keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process. 📍Be creative and flexible when strategically sourcing talent. 📍Nurture trust-based, candidate relationships exemplifying a high level of candidate experience. 📍Build an external talent network. 📍Drive employer branding across diverse platforms. 📍Extend employment offers.
What you’ll need:
📍MUST have a passion for AND professional experience recruiting within blockchain / web3 space. 📍Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in full-lifecycle recruiting; prior tech startup experience is ideal. 📍Possess extreme ownership and proactive mindset. 📍Excellent organizational skills and time management. 📍Exceptional work ethic and highly coachable. 📍Familiar with Lever or a comparable applicant tracking system. 📍Strong planning and operational skills.
