Job requirements

📍Administer assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' competencies and aptitude for specific roles. 📍Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 📍Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on hiring software engineers and AI engineers. 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. 📍Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
