Responsibilities:

📍Sourcing and Attraction: 📍Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to identify and attract top talent. 📍 Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates. 📍 Proactively network and establish relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and relevant organizations. 📍Candidate Screening and Assessment: 📍 Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements. 📍Conduct initial screens and video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. 📍Administer assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' competencies and aptitude for specific roles.

Job requirements

📍3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments. 📍Strong experience recruiting for non-technical roles such as Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, or similar. 📍Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 📍Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. 📍Ability to multitask and manage multiple openings simultaneously. 📍Comfort working autonomously in a fully remote environment. 📍Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
