Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šSourcing and Attraction: šUtilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to identify and attract top talent. š Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates. š Proactively network and establish relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and relevant organizations. šCandidate Screening and Assessment: š Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements. šConduct initial screens and video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. šAdminister assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' competencies and aptitude for specific roles.
Job requirements
š3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments. šStrong experience recruiting for non-technical roles such as Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, or similar. šExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. šStrong organizational skills and high attention to detail. šAbility to multitask and manage multiple openings simultaneously. šComfort working autonomously in a fully remote environment. šProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
