Job Summary
Requirements
šProven experience (2+ years) in talent sourcing or a similar role within recruitment. šStrong understanding of sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, Boolean search). šExceptional communication and relationship-building skills. šAbility to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment. šProficiency in using recruitment tools and systems like Notion, Ashby(ATS), or equivalent. šFluent in English as your manager isnāt fluent in French
Preferred Skills
šExperience in a fast-paced tech or startup environment. šInterest or familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors. šKnowledge of global hiring practices and sourcing for diverse markets.
