Binance offers crypto-to-crypto trading in more than 600 cryptocurrencies and virtual tokens, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), and its own token Binance Coin (BNB).

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

📍Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc 📍Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding 📍Be a true Talent Partner to your respective business line(s) - not just execute, but consult, advice, coach, etc 📍Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process. Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives 📍Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manners 📍Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions

Requirements:

📍Minimum of 7 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within top-tier tech or Web3 companies 📍Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level technical positions 📍Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and a genuine passion for the industry 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders 📍Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 📍Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and analytics to drive decision-making 📍Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities 📍Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
