Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

šŸ“Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored job requisitions, sourcing strategies, and interview plans. šŸ“Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting to offer close, including resume screening, phone interviews, candidate coordination, and feedback collection. šŸ“Own and optimize Lever ATS workflows, including templates, tagging systems, and reporting functions. šŸ“Ensure a seamless and inclusive candidate experience through transparent, timely, and professional communication. šŸ“Support employer branding efforts by contributing to consistent, compelling job descriptions and recruitment messaging. šŸ“Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity pipeline performance, and offer conversion rates. šŸ“Coordinate pre-offer logistics, background checks, and transition of candidates into onboarding. šŸ“Maintain recruiting data accuracy and ensure compliance with internal processes and applicable regulations. šŸ“Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Generalists, HR leadership, and hiring managers to improve hiring efficiency and consistency. šŸ“Additional duties as assigned. šŸ“This role requires professionalism, respect, strong communication, and the ability to work well with others in a team-oriented, inclusive environment.

Required Qualifications

šŸ“4–6 years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruitment. šŸ“Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing and recruiting within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. šŸ“Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. šŸ“Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. šŸ“Experience supporting both salaried and hourly hiring.
