Duties and Responsibilities

📍Serve as subject matter expert and administrator on various mining operations systems 📍Collaborate with department heads to understand and document system requirements. 📍Identify and lead the implementation of new systems to improve efficiency and productivity 📍Manage user access and permissions. 📍Create and maintain documentation regarding system configurations and procedures. 📍Provide guidance and hands-on support and project leadership to business users 📍Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve system issues ensuring optimal performance and security. 📍Collaborate with IT and vendors on integrations, enhancements and optimizations. 📍Providing timely summaries and reports to management. 📍Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills
