Key Responsibilities

📍 Analyze internal and external data to assess performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide data support for strategic planning and business decision-making. 📍Conduct in-depth industry and competitive research to inform product direction, user growth, and market strategies. 📍 Build, maintain, and optimize business dashboards, reports, and core metric monitoring systems to enable visualization and tracking of business objectives. 📍 Independently or collaboratively execute deep-dive analysis projects, including business forecasting, scenario modeling, and business case evaluation. 📍Collaborate closely with product, operations, marketing, and other teams to define data requirements and promote the effective application of data in business execution. 📍 Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and drive cross-functional execution through effective communication.

Qualifications

📍 Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 📍 2–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or market research, with excellent logical thinking and business interpretation skills. 📍 Proficient in SQL and at least one analytical tool (e.g., Python, R, or advanced Excel). 📍 Hands-on experience with at least one BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). 📍Solid business acumen and outcome-oriented mindset, with the ability to derive business-value insights from data. 📍 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and drive projects forward.
