Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Candidate Experience & Journey Ownership 📍Own the end-to-end candidate experience across all stages of the hiring lifecycle, from the first interview to the offer stages 📍Design and continuously improve candidate-facing touchpoints including interview scheduling, prep materials, communications, and follow-ups 📍Act as the single-threaded IC owner for candidate experience standards, ensuring consistency, clarity, and professionalism across teams and roles 📍Identify friction points in the candidate journey and implement process or tooling improvements to reduce drop-off and improve satisfaction
What You’ll Have
📍4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, HR operations, or a similar role 📍Strong interest in Recruiting Operations as a long-term career path 📍Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail 📍Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment 📍Strong systems and process mindset with the ability to execute independently 📍Experience working with an ATS (Ashby strongly preferred)
