Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šLead the end-to-end design process for payment flows on web and app. šDeliver efficient, high-quality design deliverables (UI/UX) that meet product and business goals. šCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation. šConduct competitive research and benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation. šApply user insights and empathy to create intuitive and reliable payment experiences. šContinuously explore and suggest design optimizations to improve usability and conversion.
Requirements
š5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a proven track record in shipping digital products. šStrong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design for complex systems, ideally in payments or fintech. šSolid understanding of payment systems, user needs, and pain points. šProficiency in Figma, with strong expertise in building and maintaining design systems. šStrong communication skills, including working effectively in English across teams. šSelf-driven, with a habit of combining research insights and design thinking to create impactful solutions. šBonus: Ability to create illustrations or motion/interaction animations to enhance product experiences.
