Key responsibilities include:
📍Owning end-to-end technical recruitment across engineering and trading technology 📍Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring plans and workforce strategy 📍Building strong candidate pipelines in highly competitive talent markets 📍Expanding over time into broader HR and people responsibilities, including: 📍Workforce planning and organisational design support 📍Performance and development processes 📍Employee lifecycle and engagement initiatives 📍Acting as a trusted people partner to the tech organisation
What we’re looking for
