Responsibilities

📍Take overall responsibility for the development and expansion of the group's global bank partnerships across both retail, corporate, and institutional banking 📍Proactively reach out to new potential global/regional banking partners, knowing the whole business picture to negotiate the business terms and engagement effectively for the Group 📍Ownership of managing and expanding the portfolio of banking relationships, working closely with key stakeholders including Finance, Fiat, Treasure, VIP, Operations, and Product/Tech 📍Manage cross-functional teams to move banking relationship from origination through to success onboarding and opening of relevant services 📍Build the Binance bank strategy roadmap and make recommendations to senior management on regions, relationships, licenses to help develop market entry strategies and increase market penetration 📍Bring and develop a network of banking relationships and deep understanding of banking products and solutions 📍Conduct management analysis, gap analysis, use relevant market information, and conduct competitive analysis to support planning and targeting

Requirements

📍At least 7 years of experience in a senior role, leading partnership development, managing business negotiations with financial institutions, and building strong relationships with banking partners 📍Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as a team player, with a strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset 📍Passion for crypto and digital assets 📍Experience working across diverse regions and cultures 📍Proactive, with an ownership mentality and a strong focus on execution and delivery
