Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLead the creation of high-impact visuals for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and social content (X, LinkedIn) šConceptualise and oversee event branding, promo materials, and booth visuals to ensure a premium brand presence šOwn and evolve website visual design and creative storytelling (Webflow or Framer experience is a plus) šDevelop compelling graphics for technical reports, infographics, investor materials, and internal decks šDefine and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual assets and channels using Figma and Adobe Suite šCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging visual narratives šOversee special projects, including branded product campaigns, in coordination with external agencies and freelancers šContribute to the evolution of our design processes and help shape the future of Kilnās visual language šOption to grow into a lead role over time
Requirements
š5+ years in graphic or marketing design, ideally in a tech or startup environment šStrong portfolio demonstrating your visual design skills and creative process šProficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and presentation tools šExperience working with design systems and component libraries šAbility to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced, Web3-native environment šPerfectly fluent (written and spoken) in English.
