Requirements

📍Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market. 📍At least 3 successfully closed deals – candidates must provide proof. 📍Experience in developer (off-plan) and/or secondary market transactions. 📍Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written). 📍Additional language proficiency is a plus. 📍UAE Driving License is required; own car is highly preferred. 📍Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. 📍Must be professional in appearance and demeanor. 📍Must be able to work from the office full-time – remote work is not allowed.

Key Responsibilities:

📍Handle client inquiries and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing. 📍Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultation. 📍Assist clients with buying, selling, or renting properties across off-plan and/or secondary markets. 📍Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity. 📍Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent after-sales service. 📍Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
