Job Summary
Responsibilities
šHelp the Squad Leads (Product Owner and Tech Lead) to plan, keep track, and follow implementation of the tasks, until the completion of the Feature. šHelp define project scope, goals and deliverables. šHelp define Squad capacity needs, allocate resources. šSupport and direct team, monitoring and report on project progress. šPresent to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions. šImplement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
REQUIREMENTS
šExcellent communication skills. šProblem-solving and leadership skills. šProject planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills. šProficiency in project management software tools. šConflict resolution experience. šExperience with UGC games like Roblox, Minecraft, Core Games (Nice to have). šUX/Programming/Game development background (Nice to have).
