Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Scrum Team Management : 📍Organise and run scrum meetings, track JIRA Sprints. 📍 Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on expectations, deliverables and timelines.2- Risk Management: 📍 Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. 📍Proactively address and resolve issues raised by the Scrum team.3- 📍Communication: 📍 Facilitate effective communication within the Scrum team and with stakeholders. 📍 Provide regular status updates, ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational goals. 📍Continuous Improvement: 📍Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. 📍 Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.
Qualifications:
📍Must haves: 📍 Fluency in both English and Chinese. 📍 Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence. 📍 Bachelor’s (or higher) degree. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 📍Demonstrated ability to deliver process and efficiency improvements. 📍Nice to haves: 📍 PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM certification. 📍 Experience as a Project Manager.
